Adefolarin Salami sits on the board of Austabby Global as Director of Administration and Finance. He is based in Winnipeg.

Prior to joining Austabby in 2020, Mr. Salami had over a decade of work experience. He worked as an Administrator for over nine years and rose to the position of Head of Administration and Accounts with a consulting firm in Ikoyi, Lagos. Also, he works with IG Wealth Management, one of Canada's leading diversified wealth and asset management companies.

In addition to his extensive office experience and as part of his continued professional development, Adefolarin is a professional member of the Institute of Administrative Management, UK (MInstAM) as well as that of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).

Very practical and methodical in his approach to problem-solving and prides himself on being resourceful and dynamic, Adefolarin holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-iwoye, Nigeria as well as a Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve, Germany.

Adefolarin works closely with corporate executives, business owners in the areas of management consulting, business and investment advisory. He is well travelled between Africa, Europe and North America.
